Delete your Monkey Monk account

You can request permanent deletion of your Monkey Monk account and all data tied to it at any time. This applies whether you signed up on iOS, Android, or the web.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@monkeymonk.app from the address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. We confirm your identity by replying to that same email.
3. Your account and data are permanently deleted within 7 days of confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Account and login credentials (email, password)
• Streak and relapse history
• Journal entries and personal reasons
• Community posts and profile data

Anonymous, aggregated usage data that can no longer be tied to you may be retained for basic service analytics. No personal data is retained after deletion.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it separately from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to avoid future charges.
